Hiroshima Castle
was first built in 1599 by Terumoto Mori. Unfortunately the castle was burnt down by Atomic Bomb on 6 August 2019. The current wooden castle was built in 1958 for about 36 million yen.
A Radiation-exposed tree
is growing in Hiroshima Central Park. One of four trees is eucalyptus. Others are a willow and dwarf Chinese holly.
Shukkeien Garden
is one of the most beautiful gardens in Hiroshima. It is the typical stroll-type garden. There is a Takuei pond in the center of the garden and we can enjoy walking around the pond. You can enjoy plumb, cherry, peach blossoms and autumn leaves depending on the season.
Atomic Bomb Dome and Peace Bell
In Peace Memorial Park the guest hit the peace bell in the prayer of the abolition of hydrogen and atomic bombs.
