Today I want to introduce about my hometown.
I am from Shizuoka. Shizuoka is famous for Mt. Fuji.
Mt. Fuji is not just huge and beautiful mountain.
Near Mt. Fuji, you can drink soft and fresh water. Water contains rich minerals too.
This is why WASABI in Shizuoka is delicious.
Shizuoka is also famous for Green tea.
41% of Green tea was producted in Shizuoka. (year of 2018)
It is said that climate of Shizuoka and geographical features are suitable for growing green tea.
Also there is other reason why Shizuoka is famous for green tea.
Brewing perfect green tea, water is extremely important.
Water changes taste of green tea.
Therefore, I really recommend you to taste green tea in Shizuoka!
It is not easy but tasting nice green tea is possible even in Tokyo.
