The building of the 4th military divisional headquarters

built in 1931 stands near the main tower of Osaka Castle.  The building was closed because it was not earthquake-proof.  However, now it is open to the public to celebrate the 400th Anniversary of the War of Osaka and you can have a coffee in the restaurant on the first floor of the building.

You can commands a panoramic view of Osaka city from the observatory. In Dotnobori you have popular Osaka local foods such as Okonomiyaki. Takoyaki, and Kushikatsu. Shin-Sekai is a downtown area with a strange mix of nostalgic atmosphere. We mainly use subway for about 820JPY and Your entrance fee is 600JPY/person.
