When I visited Toyama-kan with Japanese American guests from California, the Concierge willingly explained about the sculptures of Inami and the World Heritage of Gokayama, which is famous for the traditional folkhouses, with excellent English.
We just need to cross the street and walk a couple of more minutes to get to a branch store of Kanazawa, Ishikawa.
