Wildlife habitat
In the center of Tokyo, close to JR Meguro station and Metro Shiroganedai station, there is a 200,000 square meter woodland where as an affiliated property of National Museum of Nature and Science, Institute for Nature Study has long researched its ecosystem. It is open to the public in that people enjoy untouched nature and learn about environmental inheritance from primeval ages. Preservation of such a place is a kind of wonder.
