You know what this is? It is the photo of Zenzai, hot red bean soup made with Azuki beans. It is a Japanese peculiar soup and its sweet taste and unique flavor has been loved by so many people beyond generations. In good harmony with two pieces of mochi (rice cake), Zenzai embodies traditional Japanese taste .Pieces of Tsukemono (Japanese pickles) are also prepared to soften the sweetness of Zenzai.
