Himisudo, long awaited popular shaved ice shop, resumed their service on Oct.29.
It's back on this Halloween weekend!!!
Fortunately today the line was not so long and I tried Strawberry MIlk Shaved Ice, one of the popular taste all year around.
The ice here is so soft as snow and melts in mouth gently and smoothly. The sauce made from a lot of real strawberrys is so fresh and natural.
How can they make it? Is it magic?
No. It is "Himitsu", which means secret in Japanese.

According to their menu the tastes that are available now are Pumpkin, Strawberry, Yogurt, Mandarin Orange, Sweet Potato and Royal Milk Tea.
