Explore the Enchantment of the Inland Village of Tiwu Sora
In this tour, your eyes will be spoiled by the beautiful and cool countryside scenery, which is completely free from air pollution. You will see a vast expanse of wild grass that stretches from hill to hill, the breeding ground for hundreds of buffaloes, horses and cows which are wildly bred by local residents.
The owners of these animals never feed, but only occasionally come to check their condition to make sure they are still complete or not.
Each owner knows their livestock naturally, and the way of checking them is very unique where the owner comes only with a bottle of water mixed with salt. The owner would stand at a certain spot then hit the bottle against his thigh, and that's where all his cattle came to lick the salt water.
Moving to the next location, you will see a vast mountain lake of about 6 hectares, a breeding ground for three types of giant eels of different colors, which are believed by the local people to be their ancestors. These eels live from three different springs which all empty into the same lake.
From here you will be escorted to Deturia village to meet local villagers and see their life conditions from outside and inside the house. You can chat with them and share experiences with each other.

“My experience with Go with Guide did not go well. I would like a refund.”
I was on vacation in Indonesia and not able to keep my original zoom appointment at my hotel as my diving boat schedule was changed. I emailed Gerard the day before when I found out but he was on a 5 day tour on the other side of the island and could not get his email. He was not happy with me as he had to leave his tour to do the zoom which I had asked to reschedule. It just didn't work out.

Not even a Zoom meeting, no direct communication via email or telephone. Even though your review is excellent with five stars, but I am sorry, that does not make me happy in the slightest. You know why, I feel wronged by your non-committal attitude. I have to waste extra time to make a 5 day overland tour package, also have to leave my guests who were trekking in the interior for 2 days and have to pay a village guide to accompany them because I have to return to Maumere for a Zoom meeting with you. I was really disappointed. I had gone back and forth to the village walking up and down the mountain for almost 8 hours hoping to have a discussion and then face to face tour with you, but the result was in vain. Without any further response, suddenly you give me a five-star review and ask for a refund. And you also did not say cancel beforehand. Therefore, with all due respect and regret, I must convey that I will not refund you. Even if it counts I still lose, but never mind... I am sorry! Thank you. Warm regards, Gerard
