Hands-on cooking classes will be held at a Japanese cuisine restaurant in Hiroo, an upscale residential area. You can learn the basics of cooking of Kaiseki cuisine. Also, you will enjoy Sake accompanied with dishes! Our instructor, who has a mastery of Kaiseki cuisine, will guide you step by step in making the dishes and decorating plates. So even beginners can have fun!

“Joy of taste”

My husband and I enjoyed cooking with Yuko. The dishes were tasty and the cooking process was excellent. Yuko is beautiful and smart. She also speaks English fluently which is why the atmosphere is very comfortable.
