The class offers great opportunity to learn characteristics of sake. You will know how the sake is manufactured, how to read the label, how to define the taste of sake, how to pair sake and food. The class offers not only taste of sake, but common and traditional appetizer go with sake. The class offer 4 different taste of sake (50 ml ea) and 5 kinds of food samples.
