Takao is a mountain (Cable car)

Takao is a mountain with an altitude of 599 meters (m) in Hachioji City, Tokyo. Located in Meiji-no-Mori Takao Quasi-National Park and Tokyo Metropolitan Takao Jinba Nature Park. Close to central Tokyo, many tourists and climbers visit throughout the year. It has long been regarded as a sacred mountain for Shugendo.

Hachioji Ukai-tei ─ a house standing on a hill overlooking Hachioji City.

The restaurant, with its array of Japanese and western antique furniture,

has an atmosphere where art-nouveau and Japanese style meet, and it is just like a museum.

Not only does the counter feature a hot griddle arranged in a circle, surrounding the wall designed with mosaic tile to convey the image of the sea,

but so do the private rooms, where your dedicated chef cooks in front of you.

Regarding the number of retro vending machines, "102" vending machines are lined up.

The vending machine area has been expanded and powered up.

There is also a vending machine behind the parking lot.

The vending machines even have omikuji, masks, and umbrellas.

The first place was a cup ramen vending machine.

At first there were only a few, but

Because it was so popular, the number of types was increased one after another, and now there are more than 30 types of vending machines.

-Even if you make a reservation (payment), we may not be able to arrange it.

-You must check availability for reservations for the tours listed.

-Please be sure to contact us before making a reservation-We are open from 9am to 4pm (JST) on weekdays. Messages received out of the above hours will be dealt with on the next business day.

-The customer is requested to complete booking process (including payment) at least 5

days in advance prior to the tour date.

-For airport transfers, please make sure to allow yourself to have enough time for immigration, collecting baggage, traveling time or flight check-in as well as in case of possible flight delay.

-Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour. (Please refer to "what's not included" section on each tour page)

-Please be kindly aware that our drivers are Non-English speaking.

“Best way to see Tokyo before heading to the airport”

Most would have gone directly to the airport and just sit around to wait for their flight. This service allowed us to see Tokyo without lugging our luggages around before heading to the airport. Our driver dropped us off, gave us a few minutes to one hour to enjoy the scenery, take pictures, and grab something to eat, while he stayed in the car with our luggages. He took us to many places and made sure we got to the airport in time for our flight. I highly recommended taking advantage of this service because it is definitely much better than sitting long hours at the airport.

“Mr. Jholo was the best. What a way to welcome us in Japan. ”

We are thoroughly impressed with the professionalism displayed by our driver. Immigration took longer than expected and he had to wait longer for us to come out. Once out he graciously took us to get our Pasmo card and the ATM. He then took us to the parked van where he loaded all 9 luggages and took us to our hotel where he unloaded it all. He was so wonderful. I really wanted to tip him but it is an insult in their culture. After he unloaded everything, he double check to make sure nothing got left behind, he bowed and said goodbye. The level of service was so impressive it was one of those times where a tip was so well deserved.
