“ Kakunodate/Lake Tazawa Tour ”

Toru was a wonderful guide. He was very soft spoken and made you feel comfortable. Despite the rainy weather he made it worth your while. The place he suggested to have lunch was a plus. We loved the food. I would definitely recommend Toru to whoever wants to go see Akita.

“ Wet and wild day ”

Toru was a very good guide, though other guides elsewhere had a microphone and speaker whilst in the vehicle. The 2 guests in the back of the van very much struggled to hear his guidance. The day was very wet, Toru amended the tour on the fly and we had excellent visits to the Namahage village and the hydrangea temple. Very nice and friendly gentleman, Driver was also excellent.

“ Wonderful Trip!!! ”

Akiko was amazing -- she customized this trip for my client and despite flooding made arrangements for her to see everything she wanted to see. She made special arrangements for her to see a shrine (the main purpose of the trip ) when the road was closed and the shrine was closed - she got her in anyway!! Per my client - she was worth every yen!! Thanks for making the a special trip.
