Weeping cherry blossoms and SomeiYoshino can be seen along the long approach in March and April. Hondoji is a temple known as Hydrangea Temple. The sight of approximately 50,000 hydrangeas filling the temple ground in early summer is magnificent. It is also known as a famous spot along with irises.

“The Best of the Best!”
Tomoko was the best guide that I could ask for. She was so kind & patient with me. I made so many changes to my itinerary and most at the last minute. I think a regular guide would be upset with me. But Tomoko was very understanding. She's especially knowledgeable with the public transit system and by the time the day ended with her I was able to even ride the trains confidently alone. I would like to thank Tomoko for a wonderful day in Japan!
