Fukui Dinosaur Museum is very popular regardless of age. It is one of the world's three largest dinosaurs. Echizen is also well known for Japan's handmade crafts including kitchen knives, washi paper, lacquer wares, Tansu chests and pottery. Seeing craftsmen's work right in front of you makes you excited and impressed. Actually, I was born and raised in Yokohama, near Tokyo, and worked for about 5 years in Tokyo. However, I fell in love with the culture and history of Nagasaki and moved here in 2020. Nagasaki has a rich history of international exchange and friendship, established about 450 years ago as an international trading port in Japan. Since then, many people from all over the world with diverse cultures and values have visited this city. I love these stories and histories of Nagasaki. Nagasaki is often associated with the sad history of the atomic bomb, which is, of course, an important part of this city's history, but Nagasaki has much more than that. “Bearbeiten Mit Robert entdeckt man Kyoto authentisch und abseits der Touristenpfade”
Robert ist der einzige deutschsprachige Guide in Kyoto und verfügt über ein beeindruckendes und umfassendes Wissen – nicht nur über die japanische Kultur, Geschichte und Etikette, sondern auch über Gesellschaft und Politik. Wir sind sehr froh, ihn aufgrund einer Empfehlung gebucht zu haben. Gemeinsam verbrachten wir einen abwechslungsreichen und informativen Tag, an dem Robert uns neben den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten auch zahlreiche Geheimtipps zeigte – darunter besondere Geschäfte und Orte, die von Touristen kaum besucht werden. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Kyoto intensiver und abseits der üblichen Touristenpfade kennenlernen möchten!

“Yumi was just like family”
We had such a great day. Totally up to us on what we wanted to see in Tokyo, but Yumi had plenty of suggestions as well. Yumi helped us navigate the train system for the following few days in Tokyo, even helped us sort out bullet train tickets to Kyoto. Thoroughly recommend Yumi as a personal guide. Ross & Annie
