I am Kashima. I have gained the Government Licensed Tour Guide authorization in 2017/2. I passed a licensing examination of Kyoto Tourism Culture Certification Test 3rd grade in 2023. I passed a licensing examination of Tokyo city guide in 2023. I had worked for one of biggest Electric Company in the world which manufacture various type of Electrical products. I had a task roll of design development of Semiconductor for Video movie appliance in Japan and semiconductor marketing for 5 years in USA. Secondly, I had worked for one of big grovel Electric part Company which manufacture connectors for Electrical appliance usage. I usually play tennis with my friends every weekend and am tough enough to take you around everywhere you would like to visit in Tokyo area. I've studied at the university and worked for the company located in Tokyo total over 40 years, and so I know main popular sightseeing spots and fantastic spots though not so popular. Day and Night in Shinjuku, Meiji shrine and Takeshitadori in Harajuku, Crossroads in Shibuya, Imperial Palace in the center of Tokyo, High brand shopping street in Ginza, Several Museums and quiet Forest in Ueno and Oldfashioned Nakamise and Sensoji temple in Asakusa. Of course, I can take you to 5th station of Mt. Fuji, Ropeway and Pirate Ship in Hakone, Shrines and Temples in Kamkura or Gorgeous Toshogu Temple in Nikko. Since I 've already done bus tour guide several times for H.I.S. and JTB, I can take care over 10 people at the same time around Tokyo using public transportation. It was very much pleasure for me that you requested me to arrange to learn the actual butchering process and watching the process of making beef to sell for general market at the school of butchery in Gunma prefecture. We could hear and watch the information in detail by the school top person. I am impressed that You and your family are so much professional to ask any questions and learned a lot. I am very much pleased that you could get important information from the school. Also, we visited Kato farm in Saitama prefecture who grows his own feed for the cattle and has won over 100 awards for their beef. We could see free range cows and goats and enjoyed tasting various foods by cow milking. I hope that you and your family continue to enjoy your nice business. Thanks, Kashima

You sent a van with a wheelchair lift that took up 60-70% of the interior space. It was cramped, uncomfortable and NOT requested and very expensive. on 26September Mr Vincent Carlino has a car and driver ordered for pickup at 7am from ONSEN TO HANEDA aIRPORT. Scheduled with Soq J. please send a car and or limo with NO wheelchair lift so they will be comfortable. Thank you

(25 reviews)Thank you for using my service. My vehicle is a Toyota Hiace with a wheelchair lift. I think this is explained in my self-introduction, but my vehicle is not a limousine. I'm sorry if you seem to have been misunderstood. Also, the distance from the hotel in Tokyo where your customer stayed to Kusatsu Onsen is about 200 kilometers. Even if you use a regular taxi, it will probably cost you more than 80,000 yen each way, including expressway fees. My fee was 61,000 yen, which is not expensive compared to the average market price. It seems that they requested a car or limousine to be sent on the 26th, but I am not aware of that. You haven't made a reservation for me on the 26th. You should double check your reservation. It seems like you've misunderstood something. Thank you again.
