Your command of the Japan public transportation systems helped save time so that we could see and do everything we wanted. The family loved the lunch place you took us and my son especially enjoyed the open air museum. You have vast knowledge of the area and we enjoyed learning the history. Hi Dipa, thank you very much for your warm comment and high rating on the tour. The day was really blessed with a good chance : magnificent views of Mt. Fuji, cherry blossoms and various flowers in full bloom. I'm also happy to hear Deven and Rayna enjoyed the Openair Museum. “Amazing Tour of the Natural Wonders of Hakone”

Hiroshi met us at our hotel, helped us navigate our trip from Tokyo to Hakone station and showed us multiple sights in Hakone-machi. We took the cable car up to see the natural beauty of Owakudani volcanic valley and the Ropeway to view Mt. Fuji and eat Black Eggs. We enjoyed the pirate ship on Lake Ashi and the lakeside torii gate and shrine. Hiroshi was very kind and gave us a great full day tour.

Thank you very much for your review of the Hakone tour. Hakone was very crowded since it was Saturday. But I am happy to hear you enjoyed natural beauty in Hakone. We saw very beautiful Mt. Fuji, ate Black Eggs, and enjoyed the boat cruise on Lake Ashi. I believe that both of you have increased your life expectancy by more than 10 years because you ate one and a half Black Eggs! “Don’t go to Hakone with Shoji.”

Unfortunately Shoji is not a guide. He showed no interest in anything. He hardly talked to us. He acted as the fourth person of our group. He never explained anything about any places we visited. We believe he never visited Hakone open air museum since he had no idea of the place.He did not explain the story of the Hakone shrine except it was from the 8th century. We had to google everything to get information. Very disappointing. At the end of the tour he was about to walk off into the station without even a farewell ‘goodbye’!
