Mai is an instant family member!! We love her and super thankful for her. Went above and beyond with her job. My father in-law 4th generation family are from Kumamoto so our goal in visiting is to find any information or trace of his family. We met with Mai shared our plan & purpose. We did a personalize tour with her, but she did not just helped us with going to places where we can get more information about our family she also did a personal research about immigrants of Japan to USA. She helped us understand Japanese names and went with us find locations that which amazingly we found a Shrine where a funeral was held for the same last name we are searching! Thank you Mai. Until now we are in contact with Mai and she’s continuing to help us. Mai is amazing and God sent. More than grateful for her. Please get her, she’s amazing, goes beyond and very knowledgeable.
