Mai is an instant family member!! We love her and super thankful for her. Went above and beyond with her job. My father in-law 4th generation family are from Kumamoto so our goal in visiting is to find any information or trace of his family. We met with Mai shared our plan & purpose. We did a personalize tour with her, but she did not just helped us with going to places where we can get more information about our family she also did a personal research about immigrants of Japan to USA. She helped us understand Japanese names and went with us find locations that which amazingly we found a Shrine where a funeral was held for the same last name we are searching! Thank you Mai.
