Hidden Christian Pilgrimage ③: SHIMABARA

Visit Cathoric history and hidden Christian related spots in 7 to 9 hours. Starting from ISAHAYA or Nagasaki city. Standard course will be 7 hours, adding optional spots takes longer time, 9 hours max.

Hidden Christian Pilgrimage ①: NAGASAKI city

6 hours

Nagasaki city Pilgrimage (4-9h) tour, very flexible, basic tour time is 6 hours, you can change basic itinerary as you like through the coordination. Meet-up and dismiss point are the designated place in NAGASAKI city. At least we visit (Must see)&(must go) spots. I will add the (optional) spots as you like under the coordination, then cmplete original itinerary for you.

Hidden Christian Pilgrimage ④: KURO-SHIMA

One day trip to Kuro-shima island. There is Kuro-shima Catholic Church which is designated as the Hidden Christian World Heritage. The island belongs to the Kujyukushima islands. You can reach the island only by the small ferry boat, only 3-4 times a day, to and from Kuro-shima. In the island, poor public transportation, but rental power assist bicycle is available.

Tour time will be flexible from 6 to 9 hours depends on the numbers of highlight spots which you visit. Customer can choose highlight spots to visit. Some spots need admission fee.

SASEBO High Lights

Visit the high light sightseeing spots in SASEBO. Tour time will be flexible from 5 to 10 hours depends on the numbers of highlight spots which you visit. Customer can choose highlight spots to visit. I can change the itinerary as you want based on this tour plan and propose new plan before your booking.

NISHI-SONOGI high-lights (from NAGASAKI city)

Firstly, the tour is not specialized for the Pilgrimage Hidden Christian sites; visit the high light sightseeing spots in the NISHI-SONOGI area departing from Nagasaki city, including two World Heritage sites(Hidden Christian)of Nagasaki region. Tour duration will be flexible from 6 to 9 hours, depending on the number of highlight spots you visit.

NAGASAKI city High-lights (from SASEBO)

Firstly, this tour is not efficient to visit Nagasaki city because you will spend at least 3 hours only for driving back and forth to Nagasaki from Sasebo. The tour starts from SASEBO city, very flexible, basic tour time is 8hours, you can change basic itinerary as you like between 6 to 10 hours through the coordination with me. Pick-up(Meet-up) and dismiss at SASEBO. At least we visit (must see)&(must go) High-lights.

NISHI-SONOGI high-lights (from SASEBO)

“A great first day + introduction to Nagasaki with Hero - looking forward to more”

I'm very grateful for Hero's patience (I took ages photographing virtually everything everywhere), kindness, knowledge, helpfulness and sense of humour - it was a lot to take in but all very relevant to my novel WIP, so am delighted with his assistance for this very important research I am doing. Also very grateful he drove me back to the car park to find my lost wallet and showed me how to reach the train station in the morning. Also had some fun/funny moments too, so a nice bit of comic relief from seriousness of bomb and martyrdom sites.
