Her English was pretty poor. She gave next to no informarion, and had difficulty understanding and answering questions. Basically all she did was guide us around without giving any additional information. We got more info from our guidebook.
Thank you for your feedback to our Osaka City tour, I apologize that our tour is not as you expected. For your complain about my hard-to-understand explanation through the tour, I surely note this down and make it better in the future. And the fact that I missed the introduction about the spots probably limits your chance to understand Osaka, which is out of my control at times.
