“Four Days in Tokyo with Ritsuko – History, Humor, and a Heartfelt Connection”
Spending four incredible days in Tokyo with Ritsuko was like traveling with a beloved family member who just happens to know the city like the back of her hand. From the spiritual calm of ancient shrines and temples to the bustling energy of Tokyo’s top shopping districts, she guided us with kindness, insight, and an infectious sense of humor that made every moment unforgettable. One of the most memorable experiences was visiting TeamLab Planets together. Walking barefoot through immersive digital landscapes, surrounded by shifting light and sound, we felt like kids again—curious, inspired, and completely in the moment. Ritsuko embraced the experience with us, laughing and marveling right alongside us, making the art installation feel even more magical and connected. Beyond the sights, she introduced us to local food spots so authentic and delicious, we’ll be dreaming of them long after the trip. Her ability to pair historical insight with real human warmth is rare—she doesn’t just guide, she connects. Whether we were learning about Tokyo’s heritage or bonding over a bowl of ramen, her care and attentiveness never wavered. Ritsuko didn’t just guide us—she gifted us three days of connection, discovery, and heartfelt appreciation! If you’re seeking a guide who blends deep knowledge, vibrant personality, and genuine connection, Ritsuko is everything you could hope for, and touring Tokyo with her didn’t just show us the city—it made us feel part of it. Ritsuko you are absolutely amazing and we truly appreciate the heartfelt connection and experience that made our introduction to Japan everlasting! We wish you the best and hope to see you again when we return to Japan!

“Fantastic Guide”
Keiko T. was a wonderful guide. She met us at our hotel and was prepared and ice packs for an our tour in the hot, but beautiful Tokyo. Keiko spoke perfect English and was knowledgeable, funny, and provided insights and information beyond the requisite touristy info. She taught us how to use the subway for example. She provided guidance on navigating Tokyo Station to purchase tickets and travel to Kyoto on the bullet train. She is an excellent guide - would hire her again and again. ありがとうございます (arigatou gozaimasu).

Michelle, thank you for your kind review. I also truly enjoyed spending time with you. It was a really hot day during our tour, but I'm glad you enjoyed visiting some of Tokyo’s must-see spots and experiencing the city. If you ever have a chance to come back, please let me know — I’d be happy to show you around even more!
