Each day we were with Reiko was so simple and easy, that as we transitioned train stations, visited shrines and monuments, and engaged in conversation with waiters and staff (all in predominantly Japanese speaking places) there was no stress or discomfort that often coincides with full days of sight-seeing and travel. Reiko knew the most efficient ways to each station and we actually described her as a "terminator" as she navigated the smallest of corridors and expertly used her energy. Most importantly though, beyond the tasks required of her job she was incredibly personable and so sweet. She was quite knowledgable of Japanese history but also laughed and smiled becoming a part of our family dynamic. Basically, we fell in love with Reiko-San and wouldn't have survived without her. Deserved way more than 5 stars!

Please enjoy the rest of your stay in Japan and come back to Japan soon. I hope that it will be sunny and you can enjoy good views of Mt. Fuji. Many thanks again and see you soon.
