“ one day with tomoko ”

we spent a wonderful exiting relaxing day with tomoko. struggling around in yanaka and ueno, looking at temples, shops, different surroundings, cementary, learning a lot of tokyos history. eating soba noodles and sake in a small nontouristic place. we love tomoko.

Thank you for your warm review and for sharing relaxing Saturday together, Daniela and Peter. We did not visit many places but I’m glad you enjoyed strolling around and appreciating the local areas of Nezu, Yanaka, and Ueno. We were lucky to see the Japanese family event of ‘7-5-3,’ and so many adorable young children dressed up in Kimono! Hope you enjoy the rest of your stay and the Tokyo National Museum fully.
