Highly professional and very knowledgeable, Akira is personable, thoughtful and accommodating, custom-tailoring his tour based on your interest and available time at hand. His English is excellent, his explanations are always insightful and sincere, he knows his stuff and has a great sense of humor. The places he showed us were a well-balanced combination of must-see historic sights, less-known yet very worthy neighborhoods of Tokyo, awesome traditional restaurants and unique local sweet shops. In other words, you're lucky if you were able to book him as your guide.
