“Wonderful day with a great guide”

Sini was absolutely a fabulous guide. She was very promp on all planning communications. She met us exactly as agreed. We visited all the sights as agreed and generally in a way that beat the crowds. Sini spoke English very well and had lived on Kagoshima for some 24 years so also very knowledgeable about the entire area. We highly recommend her to anyone coming to Kagoshima. Peter and Joyce

“Memories of Joy in Kagoshima”

Sini is a very pleasant lady who goes the extra mile to please her clients, she contacted us a couple of days before our arrival to make sure we know she will be there for us in Kagoshima, what a relief in a foreign country! she came to arrival hall 30 min. ahead of our meeting time and waited patiently during our 90 min. Immigration processes (the other side of Japan contract to my knowledge :) She greeted us with my name and a big smile, she even apologized for the extra long immigration processes (not her fault at all!) She rented a seven seats van for four of us to make sure we sit comfortably during or Kagoshima full day excursion, she speaks Japanese, English, Mandarin and Cantonese fluently and very knowledgeable in Kagoshima, Sakurajima and even introduce us to a price friendly yet very delicious Sushi Restaurant for awesome local food! I would recommend her to anyone who needs a true lovely local expert when visiting Kagoshima or surrounding area!
