Kagoshima Satsuma Pottery and Whisky tour
In this tour, you can enjoy both old and new culture of Kagoshima.
First you visit kiln of Satsuma Pottery and see the beauty of the pottery and craftsmanship in tranquil atmosphere of Japanese garden.
Then have lunch at a restaurant in the village of the pottery.
Next destination is a distillery of genuine Japan whisky. After having a tour of factory, you have a chance to taste it at its bar.

At your hotel or place you suggest
A kiln of Satsuma Pottery: visit its museum to know its history and workplaces to observe craftsman manufacturing wares. At the end, you visit gallery to see and touch the beautiful art crafts.
Whisky distillery : visit a factory and see how the genuine Japan whisky is produced using special craftsmanship. Then visit its bar to taste it.

“Wow of A Day ”
Mikiko is a wonderful guide. Her personality is very warm and engaging. Her flexibility to make changes for her customers was great. Weather conditions on the day weren’t conducive to our planned day, hence plans modified to make a perfect day. We experienced a wonderful day of local Japanese Culture. Later on she kindly assisted me with our further planning in Japan.

“Wonderful day in Kagoshima ”
Mikiko was a kind, great English speaking, fantastic guide for Kagoshima, as a native she knows the city and its sites so well. She was able to make last minute changes to the original plans for our family and explain all sorts of history to us. She had planned our travel perfectly and made sure we made our train back on time. Highly recommend Mikiko as a guide! She was great!!
