“KYOTO All the Way”
Hiroshi was an excellent local guide with a great command of English. He went out of his way to ensure we were able to see 3 of the most renowned sites in Kyoto. He arranged to meet and return us to the cruise terminal at Osaka on what was quite a wet day and busy day - huge crowds everwhere. To save time and to not miss out on any of the sites we agreed to take a taxi a couple of times. I would not hesitate to recommend Hiroshi.

Hiroshi (Hiro) accompanied my mother and I during our Kyoto segment. Hiroshi (Hiro) was highly accommodating, especially when we needed to modify our schedule due to my mother’s limited mobility. In short, Hiro was an exceptional guide and showed us Kyoto through the eyes of a local. We went to Fushimi Inari Shrine, Kinkaju-ji Temple, Sanjusangen-do, among other sites. Hiro was incredibly kind and patient, especially when my mother needed to rest. He is a retired school teacher and playing quiz bowl with him was highly entertaining. He has a lot of energy! We also enjoyed a tonkatsu lunch together, where we shared stories and learned more about each other. If I get the opportunity to visit Kyoto again, Hiro will be the first guide I contact!
