“Highlight of our trip! ”
Our group of 6 really enjoyed our time cruising around Mt Fuji and Hakone with Masato. It was definitely one of our best days we spent in Japan and will definitely be booking back in for another adventure. Thank you again Masato!

“Highly Recommended!”
Our family wanted to deal with an owner-operator directly - and we are extremely happy to have Masato-San taking us on our journey! He was very responsive from before our booking, and planned the schedule to suit our needs (travelling with 2 elderly and 1 younger kid). He was knowledgeable and knew where the best spots were for group photos. We will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly tour-guide.

(25 reviews)Dear Martin san, I was really happy to be able to enjoy the wonderful Mt. Fuji tour with you all. This time we were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy a spectacular view of Mt. Fuji! Also, the udon we had for lunch at Saiko Iyashisato Nenba was delicious. If you ever come to Japan again, please feel free to contact me. Thank you very much.
“Awful experience!”
You sent a van with a wheelchair lift that took up 60-70% of the interior space. It was cramped, uncomfortable and NOT requested and very expensive. on 26September Mr Vincent Carlino has a car and driver ordered for pickup at 7am from ONSEN TO HANEDA aIRPORT. Scheduled with Soq J. please send a car and or limo with NO wheelchair lift so they will be comfortable. Thank you

(25 reviews)Thank you for using my service. My vehicle is a Toyota Hiace with a wheelchair lift. I think this is explained in my self-introduction, but my vehicle is not a limousine. I'm sorry if you seem to have been misunderstood. Also, the distance from the hotel in Tokyo where your customer stayed to Kusatsu Onsen is about 200 kilometers. Even if you use a regular taxi, it will probably cost you more than 80,000 yen each way, including expressway fees. My fee was 61,000 yen, which is not expensive compared to the average market price. It seems that they requested a car or limousine to be sent on the 26th, but I am not aware of that. You haven't made a reservation for me on the 26th. You should double check your reservation. It seems like you've misunderstood something. Thank you again.
