Only 90 minutes ride, you can see the beautiful snow field in Niigata prefecture.
Unbelievably, you can directly access from the bullet train station to Gala Yuzawa Snow Resort and it's the easiest way to enjoy snow!

Inclusions & Exclusions
guide fee, hotel pick up in Tokyo area
round-trip transportation fee from Tokyo to Echigo-yuzawa (for yourself and guide/about JPY13140 per person), lunch (for yourself and guide/about JPY1500 per person), round-trip gondola fee (for yourself and guide/JPY1800 per person), rental snow gear fee(Jacket and pants set JPY3000/Sled and rubber boots set JPY1500 per person), snow activity fee if you join one of them (snow shoe tour / JPY2,000 per person)(sled slope and playing in the snow / JPY1,300 per person)(snowmobile sleigh tour / JPY500 per person)etc.
Please pay for these fees on the spot.
For the rental and activity fee for children, please ask me.
Tour Important Information
This tour is for winter season , during the operation term of Gala Yuzawa Snow Resort only.
It is announced that the resort will open from 15th December in 2018 to 6th May in 2019.
However, it completely depends on the snow resort's condition.
So please understand that if there's less and less snow, this tour will be cancelled before the snow resort season ends.
When you visit snow resort (and especially if you are thinking about to try skiing and snowboarding), I strongly recommend you to buy insurance.
Some fees such as transportation fee, lunch fee, rental gear fee, activity fees are not included in tour price.
Please refer to them at the price section.
Only available in winter season (Gala-Yuzawa snow resort will open from 15th December in 2018 to 6th May in 2019.) Please note that if the snow is not enough, this tour will be cancelled.Ask me the availability before booking.
Important message from the guide
I mainly guide you around Tokyo and Kanagawa area but I also can guide you around Echigo Yuzawa and its suburbs area (Niigata prefecture) if you come during my stay in Niigata.
Echigo Yuzawa is located 1 hour and a half from Tokyo by Shinkansen train and it's famous for Onsen (hot spring) ,ski ground,tasty Sake and rice!

“Great guide that exceeded expectations.”
We really enjoyed and appreciated having Sayuri as a guide on our trip to Tokyo. Originally what made her our first choice is her history with Niigata that we wanted to visit. Due to our traveling situation we did not have time to make the Niigata trip and had to schedule a custom tour for the Tokyo areas that interested us just a a day or two in advance. Sayuri took our list and worked on the best way to see most of the places based on the time we set aside an provided us multiple updates. When she provided the final tour itinerary she also provided an estimate expected fees and the travel fee. She arrived at our meeting place slightly early and was patient with us while we stored our bags. Sayuri spoke English well with a Japanese accent which made communication easy. We got to see a lot of things, learn the transit system, and learn more about Tokyo and Japanese culture. After the tour we need to pickup our bags and travel by train to a ryokan in Hakone. Sayuri provided us great instructions on how to get there with alternate routes due to the train delays she looked into. She also contacted the ryokan to make sure that they would have a shuttle for us even though we were arriving late. Per my request she also provided reasonable suggestions for hotels for last moment reservations [Tip: considered twin room pushing beds together instead of double room ;-) ]

Sayuri put together an excellent tour that gave us a taster for a wide range of sites in a reasonably concise time! She was very accommodative of our kids interests and it was great to have a guide on hand to help us navigate the subway system and to answer all the little questions that we had.
