Tour Important Information
This tour can be customized according to your preference and needs.
We do not have good public transportation system in Sado like JR. There were two options, taxi or rental car. Until quite recently, We were not allowed to drive a car.
The government revised laws and ordinances lately. We, tour guide can drive our own cars and rental cars now.
Taxi is safe and comfortable but it's fare is expensive,7000 yen an hour.
Rental car fare is approximately 10000 yen including full insurance. for 8 hours. If you are afraid of driving a car in Sado, I will drive it.

Kei was very instrumental in being our tour guide. From the beginning , he worked with us to create an itinerary to fit our needs. Kei speaks english and has a great personality so we all were very comfortable with him. He guided us throughout the whole tour and made Sado Island one of the highlights of our Japan trip. “Excellent tour by Keiichi S.”
Keiichi is an excellent tour guide. He organized a wonderful day tour around Sado Island. When heavy rain came he adjusted the itinerary to keep us out of the rain. He was very knowledgeable and is excellent in English. He organized a fantastic taxi driver for the day and we saw most of the main attractions. He also kept in contact before the tour. We highly recommend him as a tour guide.
