Odaiba (or Daiba) is one of the trendiest places in Tokyo. It features breathtaking Tokyo Bay views, unique museums, fashionable shopping malls, amusement parks, etc. The digital art museums and trick art museum yield a lot of selfie moments! Visit the brand new Toyosu Fish Market has just opened (Oct. 11, 2018)! Fresh sushi at a very fresh price! The area has early- blooming cherry blossoms in late February! [NOTE] I give discounts if you book two (2) 4-hour tours in one day.
Meeting Point

1. Elevated self-driving train ride

2. Walk around Odaiba
View of the Rainbow Bridge, a replica of the Statue of Liberty, and a statue of Gundam (anime robot)

Daiso, pet store, Uniqlo, Gundam base, etc.

Walk to Tokyo Bay (30min 1.5km walk)

To Hinode Pier = boat fare 480 JPY; To Asakusa (tour extension is necessary) = extra1,260 JPY
#G Toyosu Market tour
The modern wholesale market. Sushi lunch, shopping for Japanese knives (1hr or more; sushi = extra 2,000++JPY) Recommended visiting time = 8:30 AM (No tuna auction) Closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. If you prefer to see both Toyosu and Tsukiji Market, we can customize the tour. (please ask the guide)
#H Dentsu Building and Giant Ghibli Clock
In Shiodome. Bay area view from the 46th floor (free entrance; lunch = extra 1300++JPY) Opens at 11 AM.
#I Hamarikyu Garden
In Shiodome. Traditional garden with a pond surrounded by pine trees. Tea ceremony on the beautiful tea house on the island is recommended. Entrance fee = 300JPY/person Guide has a pass for it.
#J Indoor zoo
Capybaras, little monkeys etc. at a tapping zoo. Entrance fee = 1,500JPY/person, infant 800JPY

Tour Important Information
TOYOSU market = Early hours are recommended to view fish dealers from the observatory window. (No tuna auction for this tour.) I recommend going to both Toyosu and Tsukiji fish market. (customized tour)
(1) The area is very crowded on weekends and holidays. (2) We may have to queue up at the digital art museum on weekends and holidays. (Online booking is required.)

“Great tour with Toshi, excellent knowledge, and covered all the key sites”
We arranged to meet Toshi at the station and were immediately put at ease after meeting Toshi. Her knowledge and English were excellent and we experienced many aspects of Yokohama. We enjoyed a Chinese lunch (inexpensive) in China Town followed by a taxi ride to Sankeien Gardens. Again Toshi had very good knowledge of the most interesting aspects of the garden . In summary, we can highly recommend Toshi to provide an excellent private tour of Yokohama.

“Great custom tour”
We highly recommend Toshi. We asked for a customized tour for me and wife. A tour that would match our preferences and abilities. Toshi planned and executed just the right tour for us. She even adjusted it on the fly when needed. Toshi proved to be a knowledgeable guide well versed in the history of Japan in general and Tokyo in particular. She is also great fun to spend time with.

“Tokyo with Toshi”
My family and I spent two days with Toshi touring the east and west side of Tokyo. Toshi communicated very well with us in English and took very good care of my 79 year old mother-in-law. We traveled primarily with the trains and I learned how to navigate the train system. Toshi took very good care of us and I would encourage others to take her tour.
