Sake represents Janapese unique food culture. Local sake and food would be the best couple of the local cuisine. I'll show you an attractive sake brewery in Tokyo, "Toshima-Shuzo," located in Higashimurayama, the western part of Tokyo. This place is also well-famous as the setting of "My Neighbour Totoro," by Hayao Miyazaki. You would find the different attraction of Tokyo.

19-year-old and under are NOT allowed ¥500-tasting. Reservation of the brewery tour is depended on the sake brewing schedule of Toshima-Shuzo. It takes about 40 minutes by express train from Seibu Shinjuku station to Higashimurayama station (¥340/@). From Higashimurayama station, taxi would be recommendable to go to Toshima-Shuzo . It usually takes around ¥730 /@car.
