SUSHI making experience w/ TOYOSU shopping walk
Sushi making instructor takes you to TOYOSU central wholesale market.
The tour is a combination activity which includes shopping at TOYOSU central wholesale market and sushi making experience.
You will make hand shaped sushi using fish purchased on this tour. This will be one of your unforgetable experiences in Japan.
All participants must be aged 13 or older.
Price is same regardless paticipant's age.
Meeting Point
Toyosu Senkyakubanrai East gate
- (from Shijo-mae sta. / YURIKAMOME line) Go forward to the end from the ticket gate and turn right and walk for 25m. You will find stairs on your left and go down to the ground level. Go forward and cross the crosswalk. Seeing right, you will find a bus stop named "Toyosu Shijo" of Tokyo BRT. Continue to the below. (from but stop named "Toyosu Shijo" of Tokyo BRT) Meeting point "Toyosu Senkyakubanrai East gate" is facing the road at bus stop named "Toyosu Shijo" of Tokyo BRT. You may enter to the building through automated glass doors and it is an escalator hall. There are benches for rest and toilet and shop is available.
TOYOSU central wholesale market
TOYOSU central wholesale market is a place where real dealing is held by professionals and does not accept sightseers. But you can get in if you assume you are a cooking class student and follow the cooking instructor who procures fresh food which would be used on the cooking class held on the day. After strolling the wholesale market for 30-40 min., we stop by related stores which include professional cooking knife shops.
Kanosan's KITCHEN
Kanosan's KITCHEN is the place the guide holds cooking classes and located 40-50 min. from TOYOSU central wholesale market. The guide takes care of moving. Just prepare change for fare or travel card.
You will experience not only sushi making but also some of preparations such as slicing the fillet, processing prown and clam.
- This is a combination activity which includes shopping at TOYOSU central wholesale market and sushi making experience.
Your national licensed guide who takes you to TOYOSU will provide sushi making lesson too.
The planned topping is as follows.
-Bluefin Tuna
-Red snapper
-Special shrimp named "Kuruma-ebi"
-Scallop
-Egg omelet
(note) If you don't like shrimp and/or scallop, we may provide salmon and/or roast beef. Some of the items may be replaced with vegitables too. Please inform for your special preference when booking.

- TOYOSU central wholesale market opens every Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat (There are some exceptions such as national holidays). If it doesn't fit to your schedule, we may provide Toyosu visit and sushi making separately.
Or omit Toyosu visit reducing price.
-You may feel the price for a single traveler is comparatively expensive. If so, please consider to use other system which we provide a similar program in shared bases. Kanosan is an excellent teacher in sushi making. His expertise with wielding the sushi knife is amazingly accurate. We learn a lot from him.
