Impressive Pyramids of Teotihuacan
Visit the archaeological site where the most important pre -Columbian city was built in the beginning of our era. Is a three kilometers-long area (1.8 miles). The Archaeological Site is where the three most impressive pyramids are located, "Pyramid of the Feathered Serpent, Pyramid of the Sun and Pyramid of the Moon".
Teotihuacan was a pilgrimage place where religion from different cultures was set in a common philosophy. There are a lot of things to admire and discover in this amazing place.

Teotihuacan archeaological site
We start at gate number 1, visiting: "The Citadel" with the Pyramid of the feathered Serpent; "Avenue of the Dead" with its neighborhoods with the original and amazing paintings made out of mineral colors.
Later on, we will visit the "Pyramid of the Sun" the tallest in the archaeological zone, and second tallest in Mexico.
Once we climb the "Pyramid of the Sun" we will admire: temples, the whole Teotihuacan Valley and its murals.
We will notice that this was a cosmopolitan city inhabited by different ethnic groups like Mayas, Zapotecas, Totonacas, among others.
To finish our tour we will visit the "Pyramid of the Moon" which is the construction base of this megacity.
Qutetzal, Agave and Obsidian Chrystal workshop
Once we visit this amazing site we will visit an obsidian volcanic chrystal workshop, that, in a few words, brought technology and opulence to this great city. You will learn how the sacred drink "pulque", which comes from a type of agave called "maguey", is produced.
Tlacaelel, Restaurant
Lunch time, after a busy morning an International and Mexican food Buffet is waiting for you. Try Mexican traditional "sopes" and "Aztec Soup" made with tomatos, tortillas, you can add cheese and avocato, is just delicious. Enjoy Pre´Columbian dances and "Trios" songs while you enjoy your afternoon.
