The market is one of the attractive tourist experiences in Shan State where the different ethnic nationals sell their daily farm products like vegetables, fish, flowers, fruits, etc. These markets are called "5 Day Markets" because the hill people rotate between 5 different locations over a 5 day period.
Indein is a small village West of Inle Lake, known for its market and two groups of ancient pagodas. The village is reached by boat through the Inn Thein creek, a long narrow canal.
You will reach the impressive SHWE INDEIN PAGODA .Then explore the ancient Pagodas. We will visit more villages and the floating gardens, and then back to your hotel or at your requested place.
After breakfast at the hotel, we will start an excursion to Kakku by car (Driving about 2 hours). Kakku has a huge collection of 2,478 stupas which are believed to have been commissioned as far back as 2,00 years ago with some dating the site back to the 3rd Century BC and credit it as being founded by the Indian Emperor Ashoka. The original pagoda collection was extended by King Alaungsithu in the 12th Century when he reigned over Bagan and many more were added in the 17th and 18th Centuries.
After breakfast at the hotel, we will drive to Pindaya (about 2 hours).
On the way you can see very nice sceneries and landscapes which are colorful lowland farms filled with fruits and vegetables growing in the rich red soil (seasonal).
Huge Banyan Trees near Pindaya caves is also a well-known photo spot.
Then we will visit PINDAYA CAVES where you can enjoy countless number of Buddha images from the 18th century. It is well-known for its beautiful stalactites and stalagmites.Next stop is traditional cottage of shan paper & umbrella making factory and also a trip to Pone Ta Lote Lake. After we visit Pindaya, you can choose to go to the airport or back to your hotel.

I can take you to southern Shan State also. Heho, Nyaungshwe(Inle), Pindaya, Kakaw, Kakku areas, but it would be a 2-3 day tour.
