The process of makig Yuba, the healthiest, protein-rich Japanese food. After the beans soaked overnight, they are ground into a paste and boiled in a large kettle. In the Nishiki Market, you can buy fresh sea food, Kyoto-brand vegetables,pickles, kitchen tools (kettles, knives, basekts and so on) and handicrafts. This narrow street lasts about 400 meters. This market is always busy and active. In the market we eat sushi lunch.

“ Nice Tour and Great Person ”

Prior to the trip, Toshiyo and I communicated several times to finalize what we wanted to see in Kyoto. We did a day trip from Tokyo and she met us at the train station and we were off to our sights. She showed each site very well and used public transportation and taxis if needed. Her English is very very good and she was able to clearly understand and effectively communicate with us. We would certainly use her services again the next time we are in the Kyoto area.
