“ Great service ”
We booked the transfer by bus from Aomori cruise terminal to Hakkoda ropeway, Towada lake and Oirase stream for 26 people. Our ship arrived two hours later, but the driver waited for us. Unfortunately, due to the strong wind, the ropeway to the mountains was closed, and boats did not go around the lake, but we spent our time walking along the lake, visiting the old temple in the forest, walking along the Oirase River with picturesque waterfalls. Great driver! Thank you!
“ Round trip from Aomori Ferry Terminal To Hirosaki Castle ”
It was great! The Taxi was punctual, clean and the driver was friendly. He didn’t speak English but he did have a translating App on his phone and gave us a map of the Castle and surrounding grounds when we hopped on the Taxi.

The trip was amazing! We were met by the driver at the airport. The driver didn't speak English, but we perfectly communicated via translator. He showed us all the places with blooming sakura and also brought us to an authentic Japanese restaurant. He was very polite and professional. We enjoyed our trip very much!

“ Enjoying Sakura at our own pace ”
We took the Cherry blossoms of Ashino Park & Tsuru-no-maihashi Bridge Half-day Tour. It is the best decision. The driver arrives early to pick us up and drives us safely to each destination and allow us time to enjoy the sakura and the sights at our leisure. He understand we have a plane to catch but never rush us. We highly recommend anyone travelling to Aomori to book the Green Taxi tours.

“ Trip to visit Misawa Aviation Museum ”
Excellent service, was met at the dockside in Amori with well signposted vehicle, and although the driver didn't speak English and we certainly couldn't speak much Japanese the driver was well prepared and also made use of a translation device. We enjoyed the museum trip and wouldn't hesitate to use the service again

Everything went smoothly and perfectly as planned: Green Taxi waiting for us at Hakodate port for us to get off cruise ship after lengthy immigration process, drove to Hirosaki Castle and drove back to port at the promised time. We reserved two taxis for eight of us.

“ Perfect Experience ”
You cannot go wrong with this company. We were on a cruise docking in Aomori, Japan wanting transport to and from Hirosaki Castle. The Green Taxi driver was waiting for us when we got off the ship (which was good because it is difficult for cruisers to guess their “get off” time); there was an app on his phone for Japanese to English translation so communication was no problem; it was a safe and timely drive to the castle; he confirmed our desired pick up time; and he was waiting when we decided to leave a bit early because of rain. The return trip was just as safe and timely. The transport was good value and cheaper than what it would have cost for two people of the ship’s shore excursion. In summary, the entire experience was A+. Thank you, Green Taxi and Triple Lights.
