Nice to meet you! Please call me K. I was born and raised in Tokyo. I played soccer until high school. From college I was playing punk rock in a rock and roll band. I love the Blue Hearts and the Ramones. In Los Angeles, I visited the graves of members of the Ramones. I started traveling abroad when I was in college, and have visited more than 50 countries so far. I have also been to Africa and the Middle East. From 2018 to 2020, I was dispatched to Chuuk State in the Federated States of Micronesia as a JICA Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteer and worked in the tourism industry. I have experience as a tour guide for American and European tourists. I love old clothes. Most of the clothes I buy are second hand. I like expensive vintage clothes, and I also like cheap recycled clothes. When I travel abroad and visit the local second-hand clothing stores, I realize that the second-hand clothing market in Japan is of high quality. Vintage clothing from America and Europe is popular in Japan, but vintage clothing culture is one of Japan's distinctive subcultures. I would be happy if I could introduce it to everyone.

Konnichiwa! Hello! Hola! Nihao! Namaste! Anyoung Haseyo! Bonjour and Kuzu Zangpo La! My name is Yui, a Tokyo/Yokohama-based certified tour guide. Having been born and raised in the outskirts of Yokohama, I would call both the harbor city and the capital of Japan my neighborhood. What I love most about these areas is how each place has developed as a modern city while embracing its history and traditions. Being a globe-trotter myself (you can make a guess at places I have been), I enjoy every encounter with new culture/scenery/people and it would be my absolute pleasure if I could help you to experience the same and make the most of your stay in Japan! Do not hesitate to shoot me a message, any inquiry is welcome! Things I enjoy: art (paintings), spontaneous walk, sake, noodles, cute animals (furry, feathered and scaly!)

I have been in Tokyo(downtown side) since I was born. For three years I have traveled in 57 countries and worked in Bolivia for a year. When I traveled in Maya's ruin, I was really impressed that my guide told me not only the information about the ruin but also how to live in Guatemala, how to earn and the political problem etc... A guide is a diplomatic entrance to the country, I think. From this experience, I would like to give you what I have to every customer. Having been worked as an elementary school teacher in Japan, though I know the educational issue as a strong point, now I work as a tour-conductor traveling around Tokyo area. I used to hike around the world, of course in Japan. Northern Japan Alpes, Southern Japan Alpes, Yatsugatake mountain range and Mt.Fuji. The highest one for me is Mount Cotopaxi in Ecuador with 5892m. Another strong point is that I can hike with you. Let us make unforgettable and precious moment during the tour!

【Recommended for 1. business traveler or 2. family traveler with kids】 Welcome to Japan!!! My name is Takashi(Tak) and I am a BLEISURE guide(Business + Leisure) who can support you both business interpretation and your pleasure time. And I am licensed tour English guide in Japan. I love to travel. I've visited 80 countries for last 15 years. it is very exciting to know about different cultures, foods, life style in each country. I am addicted for it. One of my favorite city to stay is Tokyo. I am able to guide you both for the traditional part and the modern part in Tokyo. For the traditional part, I like Asakusa, Tsukiji fish market and Yanaka area to walk around. For the modern part, I like Harajuku and Akihabara because it is very original in Japan and you can find very specific culture only this area in the world. <1. For business traveler> Furthermore, I also welcome a guest who visits Japan for business purpose. You may have limited private time. You may make a stop only for 24 hours in Tokyo for transit of your flights. Within the limited time, you can enjoy Tokyo highlights in the evening & night with the professional local guide. In case you would have a business meeting with Japanese company, you may need to find a business interpreter for the meeting because many Japanese still can not speak in English frequently. I would offer you Bleisure tour(Business + Leisure) which you can combine business and leisure together in one day. You do not need to find a business interpreter separately. Regarding my business experience, I had worked for one of the biggest Japanese investment and trading company for 12 years. I have a lot of business experience build bridges between Japanese companies and foreign companies especially in USA, Europe and the Middle East. In 2012, I went Dubai to work as marketing and sales manager. I had worked there for about 4 years and I've done a lot of business negotiation. To be frank, Japanese business culture is unique compared to global standard. And if you are not used to doing business with Japanese companies, I believe you need a help. <2. For family traveler with kids> In the home, I am a father of 3 kids. My kids ages are 5 years old, 3 years old and 9 months old. I know how to arrange an itinerary with little kids. I welcome a guest with little kids. I can make the original and special tour for your family which kids can also enjoy. And if you have a baby stroller, it is very tricky to find out where an elevator is located at each subway and train station. With the professional local guide, you do not need to be troubled about this kind of issues. Thank you very much for reading my introduction. I hope to see you soon in Japan!

Hi, I'm Yumi. I'm a government-certified tour guide. I was born and grew up in Tokyo. So far, I've guided guests from more than 15 countries, and always enjoyed working for them. I am a sociable person and love to meet and talk with people with different cultural backgrounds. I think the greatest charm of Tokyo is that the old and the new coexist with each other. Visit a beautiful traditional Japanese garden with skyscrapers towering at the back, or enjoy tranquility of a big forest surrounding a historical shrine, which lies just next to a very modern and fashionable street! What’s more, Tokyo can meet diverse needs of tourists. Whatever interest you have in – art, garden, anime, architecture and so on, you’ll find the right place for you. I am eager to show you around this fascinating city and make your visit an experience of a lifetime, so see you soon in Tokyo!

I am a National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter living in Yamanashi Prefecture. My name is Yuji. The area of Mt. Fuji is actually part of Yamanashi Prefecture. Tourists to Mt. Fuji area are not necessarily aware of that. Mt. Fuji as the highest mountain in Japan is on the border of Yamanashi and Shizuoka prefectures. In Yamanashi sit the 2nd highest mountain, Mt. Kitadake and the 3rd highest mountain of Mt. Ainodake. Yamanashi faces no sea and capital city of Kofu is in the basin area. I grew up in Yamanashi until high school and then I studied and worked in Tokyo Metropolitan area. I came back to Yamanashi at the end of 2002. During my working days for companies including Harley-Davidson Japan, I had sharpened my English and communication skills. I had some opportunities to escort executives or employees of Harley-Davidson Motor Company and I have vaguely been thinking how rewarding it is to guide people. Now I have clear prospect about guiding. After I came back to Yamanashi, I have also developed further enthusiasm about hiking in mountains and exploring the nature. If you are interested in any special type of hiking such as hiking to see snow capped Mt. Fuji, I will be the perfect fit to arrange. I have many hiking experiences including several times to Mt. Fuji, 2nd highest Kitadake and many more mountains in Yamanashi, Mt. Fuji Area. Due to my strong interest about people from different background and different culture, I love to meet people. I am flexible and act flexible. This will be my basis about being in this field. I look forward to meeting a lot of people through my guiding. I have developed my tour plans listed but I can make your dreams come true through any other planning as well. I can explore things with you, hike with you, and even climb Mt. Fuji with you. Please contact me to find more and what I can offer. I will respond quickly. I am learning Halal things now. In the summer of Mt. Fuji climbing season of 2018, I worked as a guide from Yoshida Trail, and anybody who would like to climb Mt. Fuji are welcome but up to 3-4 as max . number. Thank you for your time.

Here are some of the messages I received after they returned home. Wonderful highlights and overview of a great city! I really enjoyed my tour. Ryuta-san, my tour guide, was very friendly and helpful and gracious in showing me around the city as well as answering all of my questions. Written January 8, 2023 Fully recommend this tour We had a great day tour with our guide.
