About Tour Guide Ai C.
Dear friends,
I was born in Tokyo and brought up in Yokohama, near Tokyo. All my ancestors were born in Tokyo for more than 300 years, as long as I know. I’ve been working in the field of education for a long time enjoying communicating with people of different generations, ethnic backgrounds, men & women, dogs, cats, birds and flowers, fish…….
Now, are you wondering about making your tour schedule ?
“I want to see cherry blossoms in Japan, but they die away so quickly…its’ over? Oh? Can I see them in Hakone, but, is Hakone far and also crowded? Umm….’’
“I want to see Tokyo, but the bay area in Yokohama looks charming, too. Can I see both? The time I can spend there is limited, umm….”
“Can I have some unique experience or workshop in Tokyo, not just a well-known sightseeing tour?”
If so, please let me know. I’ll suggest the following plan, as an example:
Day 1: (Afternoon) Half day tour in Tokyo; (Evening) Bay side cruise in Yokohama
Day 2: (Start early in the morning to Hakone)
Day 3: There are 2 choices: 1st option- Stay overnight in Hakone, enjoying hot springs, viewing gorgeous Mt. Fuji in the evening and early in the following morning (and move to Kyoto from Odawara station if you’re planning on the following day)/ 2nd option- Come back to Tokyo after the day trip and enjoy some unique cultural experiences.

“Amazing Day Tour”
Ai helped us cover much more of Tokyo in one day than we could have ever done ourselves. We whizzed through subway stations from one corner of Tokyo to the next. I can't believe all the amazing sights she was able to take us to in one day! We laughed a lot and shared many travel stories. Ai did a great job and we are very happy.

“Wonderful Hakone Experience ”
Ai-san was lovely and sweet. She was very accommodating since the initial planning of the tour all the way till we parted ways. Ai was very knowledgeable of all the tour sites, and also took us to local spots. I hope to work with her again.

Fuji…it was foggy that day….”if we have a great companion”. The time we shared talking over the healthy non-alcoholic Amazake （ sweet fermented rice drink) at a 400-year-old tea house by the old cider trail was really something I’ll never forget.
