I am currently working as a full-time employee for a corporation, and, I can only provide a half day to 1 day tour inside Tokyo. Please do not waste your time with me if you are looking for a guide who can assist a longer trip.

Hello. I am Kaori! I am a horticulturalist, mountain lover as well as tour guide.

Even in this densely populated city Tokyo, you can find a small shrines, parks, or traditional architectures integrated into the modern city-scape. Tokyo retains its charms from edo period thanks to local people's efforts to preserve our cultural value and heritage. I assist you to explore the reminiscent of historical Tokyo in-between skyscrepers.

I took an university degree of Landscape and Garden Design in the UK and have several years experience in the industry. My passion is to conserve natural and cultural heritage in Tokyo and hosted a series of landscape walks in west Tokyo for both national and international residents.

I also love hiking, growing vegetables, and enjoy local food. If you have the same passion as I do, be my guest. I will select the best garden to visit according to the season and your purpose.

“unforgettable 4 hours tour”

Kaori is very nice and lovely person. I booked 4 hours tour to Tokyo Skytree and around Asakusa area. We arrived in the evening time. Unfortunately, it was raining all day in Tokyo. When we entered Tokyo Skytree, we couldn't see anything from above :(. Kaori brought us to Senso-ji temple and we had dinner in a very nice restaurant. Kaori has a good knowledge in Japan history. If I go to Tokyo again next time, I will book definitely book her!!

“Tokyo day tour”

Stop looking for guides now this is your perfect guide!!! Kaori was fantastic, she took our family of five to all the places and more that we wanted to see in Tokyo. Kaori is so knowledgeable and kind. She helped us with everything!!! Train tickets, our future travel plans , luggage delivery etc. We want to come back and do more sight seeing with Kaori . First, we cannot thank Kaori enough for going out of her way (literally) in making such an AMAZING customized day for us.
