About Tour Guide Ryota U.

Hi, my name is Ryota Usami. I’m a national tour guide who can also play the shamisen, a traditional Japanese musical instrument. If you would like to listen to my shamisen playing during a tour, please let me know. My shamisen tunes will lead you to a nostalgic, and energetic world so you can have an unforgettably unique experience. I studied hard to be a tour guide because getting a tour guide certification is a kind of hard nut to crack. I’m still in the process of being a super guide, but I assure you that I’ll take you to breathtaking sightseeing spots at a reasonable price.

The service I offer is as follows. I’ll pick you up at the lobby of your accommodation or meet up with you wherever you’d like to at 9:00 am. The starting time is also changeable. From there I’ll take you around Japan including some hidden sightseeing spots and places you would like to go to.

We mainly use subways and public transportation to get there. My transportation fees during the tour are not included in the price. While having lunch, I’ll give you many travel tips, so let’s enjoy eating and talking. I’ll answer almost all questions, but since I’m not a Buddha, I don’t know everything. Thank you.
