With my knowledge, each group will get a tailored tour and I promise they will love their stay, because I can provide them everything they wish to see and do. My passion and hobby is Finnish design, art and architecture and working as a guide truly is my calling.

Helsinki is my home town and my local knowledge is excellent, including the metropolitan area. We take in all the main sights and visit all the locations that interest you.

I am a multi-skilled professional in the Travel Industry and can make a visitor feel comfortable and thrilled in Finland. My personality is positive, humorous and energetic. I know all the hidden gems of Helsinki and those in its locality! In fact, any kind of a private sightseeing or City Tour can be tailored to your liking, including all the main highlights. Usually, we drive around in a nice VIP minivan or we can take a tram and go riding on the public transport which is very good in Helsinki. The Helsinki trams are green in colour and also a sustainable way of travel.

We can also take an excursion out of town. There are several places to visit nearby, for instance Hvittraesk, the home of the eccentric architect Eliel Saarinen. Alternatively we could spend the whole day in the medieval town Porvoo, perhaps having lunch at the beautiful Haikko Manor. Walking on the cobbled streets of Old Town Porvoo will take you back in time.

The Finnish national composer, Jean Sibelius, lived in Tuusula and his former home, called Ainola, is today a museum. It's only a 30 min drive from the city and open during summer.

When you want to see Finnish design and architecture, I am your guide. Jyvaskyla in Central Finland is the capitol of Alvar Aalto’s architecture which I’d love to show you. The drive by car is 4 hours from Helsinki, or 3 hrs 30 min by train.
