From the start, when we advised Takehiko of places we wanted to visit, he would explain and plan our tour accordingly. He also clearly explain the fees so there was no surprice. Other guides tried to reduce the number of places we wanted to visit. Takehiko was very knowledgeable with history of places we visited.
Dear,Tran san. Thank you for your taking the service and for giving me the compliment. I'm so pleased to have it from you. How do you like the cruise visiting Japan? I hope you come over to Osaka and Kyoto again. Best wishes to you and your family. Thank you so much . King regards Zumi

We had a great day with Zumi-san (Takehiko-san’s nickname) on Oct. 13, 2019 He was great at communicating with us beforehand, and suggested some schedule changes given a big storm coming through. He was knowledgeable about the places we visited and very flexible in terms of making sure we did and saw what we most wanted to see.
Dear,Amy san and family. Thank you for your taking the service on 13th,Octorber and the message to take time. I'm so pleased to be given such a beautiful comment from you. Best wishes and see you again. Thank you very much. Sincerly Zumi
Takehito san was absolutely great. He is a very caring energetic person. We traveled some very narrow twisting mountain roads and felt very safe in his van and with his driving. Once having arrived in our destination, which was a small mountain village, Takehito san was able to fulfill the goals of my trip to Japan. He found someone who remembered my ancestors, found the family grave site and ancestral home. It was a very emotional time for us. We also found a possible relative we did not know existed. I can’t express how great full I am to Takehito san for his great effort and caring attitude. His English skills are also fantastic.
Dear Jim san. Thank you for your writing a comment about me all the way. It's my pleasure to help you find not only your family grave but also a possible relative. This is what your ancester's power made us lead it . Thank you so much and say hello to your family, particularly cute grand-daughter. King regards Zumi
