About Tour Guide Doni C.

Hi! My name is Doni and I am from Tokyo, Japan.

I was born and raised in the Philippines but decided to be with my family in Japan 11 years ago hence, I am currently residing in Tokyo after doing further studies in Japanese language and Engineering.

I worked as a CAD designer in Tokyo for 8 years while doing tour guiding as a side hustle. This year, I decided to focus my time and energy on tour guiding as I realized that guiding is really my passion.

I graduated in hotel and tourism management in the Philippines and it helped me provide the travel services appropriate for tourists who want to immerse themselves in Japanese culture.

I believe with my experience as a foreigner living in Japan, I will be able to provide a different perspective on the culture and life in the land of the rising sun.

I have already conquered 33 out of 47 prefectures of Japan and I wish to explore more and share this wonderful experience of cultural immersion with all of you!
