I worked for a travel agency for five years. I made itineraries for many tours and also worked as a tour conductor.
I've traveled more than 20 countries and visited all 47 prefectures in Japan. I'd like to show you our beautiful and energetic country.

On this tour you can enjoy cute and yummy Totoro cream puffs at a small cafe in Tokyo. We will also visit one of the most popular cat cafes in Tokyo. You can take photos of cats and spend time with them for about one hour. After the cat cafe, we will walk to the station through Harmonica alley in Kichijoji where many nostalgic small restaurants and shops are located. Kichijoji has been voted as the number one town for many years where Tokyoites want to live. The tour will end at the front gate of Takeshita Street in Harajuku. There are many fashion boutiques, cafes and restaurants. You can stroll the street by yourself and you can buy many cute things there. ※10 years of age or older can book this tour according to the regulation of the cat cafe. ※The tour is not operated on Tuesdays (or following day if Tuesday is a holiday) ※The tour will be operated by public transportation. Ueno Park, Ameyoko shopping street and Ramen lunch. Walk at a leisurely pace.
On this tour we will stroll in Ueno Park, a large public park next to Ueno station. The park is filled with museums, temples, shrines and a zoo. In spring, people enjoy parties under the cherry blossoms. We will visit Toshogu Shrine, Kiyomizu Kannon Temple, Shinobazu pond and Bentendo temple. The tour will be operated at a slow pace rather than usual tours so that you can take photos at your favorite scenery and take time to enjoy your tour. After walking in the park, we will head to Ameyoko shopping street where you can enjoy shopping or you can satisfy yourself with window shopping. For your lunch, we’d like to recommend a Chinese restaurant in Ameyoko where you can eat tasty ramen at a reasonable price of around 800yen. The restaurant is popular among Japanese workers as a lunch eatery, so you can also experience the real environment of Japanese workers. Brief itinerary: 10:00am Meet at Ueno station or your hotel at 9:30am (optional) 10:00-11:10 Stroll in Ueno Park (70min) 11:10-11:50 Ameyoko shopping street (40min) 12:00 Lunch at a Chinese restaurant The tour will end around noon at a Chinese restaurant. The guide will help you to order your ramen at the restaurant and also the guide will give you the directions for the nearest station going to your next destination.

We had a great time going around Shinjuku Park & Akiba in Tokyo and going to the Iwako eraser factory in Saitama with Chieko. My sister had been wanting to visit the factory since she was young - we couldn't have had such a wonderful & amazing experience without Chieko's help. My experience with Chieko was awesome! She is a very experience guide. She did her homework well before meeting up with me so that to make sure I have a smooth tour. She speaks well and is very bubbly and friendly. Chieko designed a special tour for my 13-year-old son so that he could visit sites that specialized in Pokemon, video games, etc. She even did a test run before our visit because it was something new for her. Our son had a wonderful time and learned a lot about Japanese culture thanks to Chieko. She was wonderful!
