He was very flexible and successful in addressing specific requests and I was deeply impressed by his level of preparation. Cheerful and motivating personality and really fun to spend a day with. Significantly exceeded my expectations! I would definitely ask for his help again in case of a repeat visit in the future.

“Fantastic day ”

We didn’t know much about this area, which we visited as a cruise port, so we trusted Hiro to show us the sites. We were enthusiastically greeted by his kind smile and pleasant demeanor. We were picked up promptly in a comfortable, air conditioned coach (a hired taxi that stayed with us all day) and Hiro provided various teas and juices. He took us to Matsue town and castle, where he and our driver taught us so much about the area and culture. When the lines were long, he adjusted our itinerary to minimize our waiting time in the heat. He arranged a special lunch for us of fresh seafood in Sakaiminato, then took Us to the bustling Kitaro street where we shopped and took in the weirdness. We were a family of 7, and we all loved Hiro. We can not recommend him enough and strongly encourage you to book with him! We have traveled the world and he is one of the best guides we have ever had.
