Emi M. Japan Tour Reviews

The Best Tour Guide We Had

We used four tour guides during our stay in Japan using TripleLights. They were all good but Emi was truly EXCEPTIONAL. She went way beyond the call of duty to spend considerable time of her own to scope out the places ahead of our visit and then stood in line very early to make sure we will have the transportation that was ideal. She is very thoughtful, incredibly organized, very professional and has a great command of the English language. We could not have asked for anything else! Thank you Emi!

Gautam D.
