To my astonishment, Tulips and Nemophilas (Baby Blue Eyes) at Hitachi Seaside Park are already in full bloom now.
Across the country, a lot of spring flowers started to bloom two weeks earlier than usual .
I am worried about abnormal weather.
Anyway , it is sensible to visit the park before April 28 if you really want to see the gorgeous blue hills.
Of course you can see other various wonderful flowers in Ibaraki and Fukushima from middle April to early May such as Double cherry blossoms in Naka city, Shaga in Iwaki city, Azaleas and Wisterias in Kasama city, and Shiba-zakura(Moss pink) in Hirata village, Fukushima.
One day trip from Tokyo by train is possible.
