Lao Art Museum

Patuxay Monument (Victory Gate)

Patuxai (meaning "Victory Gate") is a war monument located in the center of Vientiane, the capital of the Lao People's Democratic Republic. Modeled after the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, it is a prominent landmark in Laos. It was constructed to commemorate the soldiers who fought during the struggle for Laotian independence from France. Pha That Luang (Great Golden Stupa)

Pha That Luang (also known as That Luang) is the most sacred Buddhist temple in Vientiane, the capital of Laos, and is the country's national symbol. It is a golden stupa (reliquary) said to enshrine a relic of the Buddha's breastbone. The pagoda stands approximately 45 meters tall, features a three-tiered structure, and is characterized by its elegant lotus-flower design, which is also depicted on the national emblem. It was originally rebuilt in the 16th century by King Setthathirath and was restored to its current appearance in the 1930s.

Buddha Park (Wat Xieng Khuan)

Buddha Park, officially named Wat Xieng Khuan, is a peculiar theme park-like religious park located in the outskirts of Vientiane, the capital of Laos. It features over 200 unique concrete sculptures representing Buddhist and Hindu deities, demons, and human figures. Founded in 1958 by the religious figure and artist Bunleua Sulilat, its distinctive and chaotic worldview has made it a popular spot, recognized as one of Laos's most representative unusual or "B-grade" tourist attractions.
