We will first start our day by visiting the Mount of Temptation which features a gravity-defying monastery sitting atop its sheer cliff face, where Christ was tempted by the devil during his 40-day fast.
You will enjoy the long steps up or via cable car to reach the monastery, The summit of the mount, about 360 meters above sea level, offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and the mountains of Moab and Gilead.
After that, we'll head to Tel Al Sultan an archaeological site, a must-see attraction on any visit to the city. You will feel the sense of history walking around the mounds and ruins of Tel Al Sultan, where the monuments of buildings and fortifications dating back some 10,000 years have been found.
We will have the chance to go and explore a spectacular archeological site located a few kilometers south of Jericho, notable since 1947 as the site of the caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were first discovered.
